Relaxation

Many people find it difficult to relax. Sleep patterns are disturbed, anxieties increase and we often say 'I just can't switch off'.
 
Relaxation can be delivered in group workshops as well as individual sessions.
 
Breathing techniques & exercises
Progressive muscle relaxation
Guided imagery relaxation
 
Relaxation techniques can be discovered and practiced in a safe environment so that we can develop a tool for life and a skill which will benefit us when it is most needed.
