Individual Workshops

As an individual, you can participate in one of our group workshops, designed to offer insight and knowledge. Group workshops open the door to therapeutic change and often offer hope and motivation to seek change in our lives. Workshops provide a format of educational time, balanced with therapeutic space so we can explore and evaluate our needs and possibilities.
